Our Programs
Each of our 45-minute sessions is designed to support imagination, emotional awareness, and body movement through age-appropriate, play-based themes.
Sample Class Structure
Arriving with Breath- breathing, focusing on breath
Creating Unity- building connection, community, shared space
Movement Sequence- yoga-based poses, dance flow
SEL Focus- craft or activity tied to the class theme
Rest and Stillness- starfish pose, calming the body
Closing with Compassion- gentle reflection, kindness, grounding
Ages 3 – 5
Sprouts
These classes introduce young children to feelings, movement, and mindfulness through playful activities, songs, storytelling, and simple yoga poses. We help learners build early emotional awareness, follow routines, practice turn- taking, and learn calming tools in a warm, supportive environment.
Ages 6 – 9
Buds
These classes support school-aged children as they learn to name emotions, problem-solve, and manage big feelings. We blend SEL lessons with fun movement, beginner yoga flows, and kid-friendly mindfulness exercises to strengthen focus, confidence and self-regulation skills.
Ages 10-12
The Grove Crew
These classes help preteens understand more complex emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping and communication skills. Through movement, yoga, and mindfulness, kids learn how to manage stress, boost self-esteem, and stay grounded as they navigate school and social challenges.
